These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems.  They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes  are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like.

Discover the ancient path of inner development taught by Buddha that is perfectly suited to solving the problems of modern life. These classes are based on the tried and time-tested series of practical meditations known as ‘The Stage of the Path’ or Lamrim, through which we can actualise our full potential. Each class is self-contained, and can be attended individually or as a series. Whether you are new to meditation or have previous experience, these classes provide clear guidance to help you cultivate inner peace and happiness. Suitable for all levels of experience – everyone is welcome

Kadam Paul Jenkins

The principal Teacher at KMC Wales is Kadam Paul Jenkins. A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Kadam Paul has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 30 years. He has practical experience of integrating Modern Buddhism within a busy, professional, family life and is able to share this through the clarity and warmth of his teachings.
