Meditate in Port Talbot

These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems.  They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes  are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like.

Enjoy Meditation and Find Peace

Without peace we can’t be happy, no matter how much we want to be. The real method to make ourself and others happy is to learn the art of meditation and find our peace. This series of classes will give you the motivation to meditate and the confidence to do it effectively. Whether you have practiced before or are new to meditation this course will set you up to enjoy your meditation and really find your peace.
