These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems.  They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes  are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like.
