Meditate in Port Talbot

These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems.  They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes  are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like.

We all face problems and challenges that can be stressful. Through training in meditation we can discover the real source of our problems and how to deal with them effectively. This course will explain simple Buddhist techniques that help us build a happier, stress free life through training in meditation.
