These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems.  They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes  are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like.

This course will explain simple Buddhist techniques that help us build a happier, stress free life through training in meditation.

When things go wrong in our life and we meet with difficulties it can be hard to keep our cool. Buddha’s timeless teachings on patience help us to maintain our inner peace and mental calm, no matter what goes wrong on the outside. Indispensable advice for difficult times.
