The classes  are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like.

This series of classes will explain practical methods taught by Buddha that help us build a truly effective meditation practice. Through training in meditation and mindfulness we will learn how to overcome stress and create a better world for our self and those around us. Perfect for starting or  strengthening your meditation practice.

Teacher
Kadam Paul Jenkins

The principal Teacher at KMC Wales is Kadam Paul Jenkins. A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Kadam Paul has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 30 years. He has practical experience of integrating Modern Buddhism within a busy, professional, family life and is able to share this through the clarity and warmth of his teachings.
