On this retreat we will be following the sequence of meditations as presented in the Mirror of Dharma.

This retreat is available online only to members – you can join as a member here.

Everybody is welcome to attend some or all of the sessions – no need for any previous experience of meditation.

Session 2 – Determination and promise to sincerely practice the six perfections

Teacher
Kadam Paul Jenkins

The principal Teacher at KMC Wales is Kadam Paul Jenkins. A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Kadam Paul has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 30 years. He has practical experience of integrating Modern Buddhism within a busy, professional, family life and is able to share this through the clarity and warmth of his teachings.
