Self-care: a Buddhist Approach to Wellbeing

Feeling exhausted or burnt out is a common experience these days, especially when we have to prioritise others’ needs over our own. Ultimately, if we are not caring for ourselves effectively we are not in a position to care for anybody else. Through training in meditation we can learn how to protect and look after our own happiness and wellbeing, while at the same time being of benefit to others.

During this uplifting course you will learn practical meditation methods, taught by Buddha, to cultivate inner contentment and wellness that give us renewed energy – both for our self and others. Suitable for all levels of experience – everyone welcome.
