Time to take a break from whatever you are doing and bring some calm and focus into your day. In these half-hour sessions experienced Kadampa teachers will guide simple meditations that are easy to incorporate into your busy life. The classes include practical advice from Buddhist teachings on how to maintain a peaceful and positive approach to life. Suitable for everyone.

Class Structure
Classes consist of a brief introduction followed by a guided relaxation meditation.

As a mother of two, Faye has experience of applying meditation and the teachings to busy family life. She is able to clearly communicate the value of meditation and how we can practically use meditation to help us to deal with modern day challenges.

Karen is an experienced meditator who has studied Kadampa Buddhism for many years. With a clear and heartfelt approach, she shares Buddha’s teachings in a way that is accessible, practical, and inspiring.
