These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems. They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like. The classes are suitable for everyone regardless of experience.
In our fast-paced modern world it can seem like we have everything we want at the press of a button. Yet deep happiness is often out of reach and we feel we are drowning in an ocean of information that has no real lasting meaning.
We can find real meaning and satisfaction only through developing our wisdom and training in meditation.
Learn how to integrate Buddha’s timeless, practical wisdom advice into your daily life, adding value, meaning and joy to everything you do. These classes are suitable for everyone and appropriate for all levels of experience.
