Meditate in Port Talbot

These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems.  They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes  are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like. The classes are suitable for everyone regardless of experience.

Prioritise Your Peace! – Meditation for Modern Life

In this practical and accessible series, learn how meditation can help you stay calm, focused, and positive in the midst of busy modern life. Each class explores a key skill—from mindfulness and concentration to wisdom and positive thinking—giving you simple tools you can use every day. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these classes will help you prioritise your peace and develop a happier, more balanced mind.

A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 40 years, Sue has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years.  Her practical and warm-hearted  approach to integrating Buddhas’ advice into daily life makes her teachings very accessible.
