The Beauty of Silence

Silence is golden, and this half-day silent retreat is a rare opportunity to experience meditation and silent reflection in the peaceful environment of KMC Wales, Swansea. A silent retreat is an unequalled opportunity to become aware of the peaceful nature of your mind. Through utilising silence, clear and accessible instructions on how to meditate, and the support of meditating in a group, your practice of meditation will deepen tremendously.

This morning retreat will consist of three thirty-minute guided meditations, with thirty minutes of silence between each session to enjoy quiet reflection and allow your mind to go deeper into an experience of meaning and peace.

The last session of the retreat will include a discussion with time for a question and answer session to help you crystalize what you would like to bring with you from the retreat into your daily life.

Everyone is welcome. No meditation experience is necessary.
