Essential Kadampa Nectar

In these weekly drop-in classes Kadam Paul will guide us through the essential practices of Kadam Lamrim with teachings based on commentaries written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. This class includes Buddhist prayers and guided meditation, and an opportunity to for refreshments afterwards.

Meditations on the Stages of the Path 

Lamrim (Stages of the Path) is the very essence of Buddha’s teachings and is very practical and ideally suited to modern life. In these classes Kadam Paul will introduce and guide each meditation as presented in the Mirror of Dharma.
