Classes consist of two guided meditations together with a brief introduction. Suitable for everyone.
A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 40 years, Sue has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Her practical and warm-hearted approach to integrating Buddhas’ advice into daily life makes her teachings very accessible.
Our classes take a break over the Christmas period – they resume again from the 16th January
