Letting Go of Worry and Anxiety

Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. This half day course will present meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that help us let go of our stressed and anxious minds, find peace of mind and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. Everyone is welcome  –  no need for any previous experience of meditation.

Ian is a dedicated student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso who has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for a number of years. Ian has a heartfelt understanding of Buddha’s teachings and how these relate to daily modern times and brings this experience to life in his teachings.
