Our modern, busy lives are often stressful and full of challenges. Through the practice of meditation we can learn to develop peaceful minds that help us cope with this stress and to become happier and more fulfilled.

This series of three meditation classes is perfect for anyone wanting to start or refresh their meditation practise.

Class Structure

Classes consist of guided meditations together with advice on how to apply Buddhist wisdom to our daily life. Suitable for everyone

Roland Jones

Roland Jones has been practicing and teaching Buddhist meditation for a number of years. He is able to relate the practice to daily life and show how Buddha’s teachings can help us deal with the challenges of our modern living. Currently living in Swansea he is originally from Cardiganshire.
