Urban Day retreat
On this day retreat Kadam Paul will guide meditations that help us experience the peace and clarity of our own mind. Like a perfectly cloudless sky the clarity of our mind is free from obstructions and limitations. These meditations unlock our potential for clarity and peace. You will come away refreshed and revitalised. Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.

Day consists of 4 guided meditation sessions together with a brief introduction to each session.
The principal Teacher at KMC Wales is Kadam Paul Jenkins. A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Kadam Paul has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 30 years. He has practical experience of integrating Modern Buddhism within a busy, professional, family life and is able to share this through the clarity and warmth of his teachings.
