These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems. They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas. The classes are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like. The classes are suitable for everyone regardless of experience.
Setting a new direction for our life is not difficult – by learning to cherish those around us we will not only improve our own situation but help create a better world for others. Whether you’re new to meditation or more experienced, this course will share timeless methods taught by Buddha that help us create a kinder world for our self and others.
Everyone is welcome.
