What better way to start the new year than with a Lamrim retreat, the supreme method to make all of our daily activities meaningful. The stages of the path to enlightenment, or Lamrim in Tibetan, is the very heart of Kadampa Buddhism and the essence of all Buddha’s teachings. Because it is easy to understand and very practical it is ideally suited to modern life.
Kadam Paul will guide this special weekend retreat that will enable us to dive deeper with our experience of lamrim, based on Venerable Geshe Kelsang’s presentation in The New Meditation Handbook.
There will be four guided sessions each day – suitable for all levels of experience.
