Winter Retreats

Deepen your experience of the paths of both Sutra and Tantra in these short guided retreats.

Guided Lamrim Retreat

What better way to start the new year than with a Lamrim retreat, the supreme method to make all of our daily activities meaningful. The stages of the path to enlightenment, or Lamrim in Tibetan, is the very heart of Kadampa Buddhism and the essence of all Buddha’s teachings. Because it is easy to understand and very practical it is ideally suited to modern life.

Take your meditation practice to its next level with this in-person retreat. Guided by Kadam Paul, the retreat begins an introduction (available on-line) and will enable us to deepen our experience of meditation and confidence in Lamrim.
