Classes consist of guided meditations together with advice on how to apply meditation in our daily life. Suitable for everyone.
Roland Jones has been practicing and teaching Buddhist meditation for a number of years. He is able to relate the practice to daily life and show how Buddha’s teachings can help us deal with the challenges of our modern living.
