Renovation Project Fundraising Walk
Saturday 18th October
Join us for a relaxing and social day out in nature as we come together to raise the final funds for the KMC Wales renovation project. There will be two beautiful walks to choose from, both starting from Rhosilli car park, so you can take part at a pace that suits you.
Why It Matters
Our renovation project is so close to completion, but we need your help to cross the finish line! The project is costing £155,000. We have already raised £153,500 and are now seeking support to raise the final £1,500 needed to complete this vital restoration work. Every step you take and every pound you raise will directly help us reach this goal.
The Walks
Longer Walk (3 hours) – Starting at 10am, this route takes in sweeping views from Rhosilli Downs, through Hillend and the sand dunes behind Llangennith beach, before returning along the breathtaking 3-mile stretch of Rhosilli beach.
Shorter Walk (2 miles) – Starting at 11.45am, this gentler walk leads to the viewpoint above Worm’s Head, offering stunning coastal scenery, this walk can be made even shorter if you have limited mobility.
We’ll all meet back at the car park around 1pm to enjoy a picnic together, followed by tea and cake at a local café.
How to Take Part

Fundraise or donate – Share this link – https://gofund.me/8be34cc9 with friends, family, or on social media to raise sponsorship. If you’re unable to join the walk, you can still support by donating directly. Every contribution, large or small, helps us reach our final goal of £155,000.
