These classes introduce the art of meditation and how to use Buddha’s advice in our own lives to solve all our daily problems. They include time for relaxing guided meditation, and clear explanation of Buddhist ideas from commentaries by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
The classes are presented as a short series over several weeks, but each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time you like. Wednesday evening Class is led by Kadam Paul Jenkins, KMC Wales’ Principal Teacher. Kadam Paul has been studying and teaching meditation for over 30 years and is known for the clarity and warmth of his teaching.
Everyone is welcome regardless of belief – you do not need to be Buddhist to attend. Suitable for everyone, including absolute beginners. Complimentary refreshments are provided after the class.
