From Stress to Stillness

Modern life can easily pull us into stressful patterns of thinking and behaviour that leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted. These habitual responses not only disturb our own peace of mind but can also affect those around us.

In this course, you’ll explore Buddha’s practical wisdom to understand where stress comes from and how to gently let go of unhelpful mental habits. Through guided meditations and clear, down-to-earth advice, you’ll learn how to cultivate calmer, more constructive ways of thinking—leading naturally to greater stillness, clarity, and inner freedom. This course is suitable for everyone, with no prior experience needed.
