Half Day Course
If we learn how to control our mind in daily life we will conquer our fear and discover our boundless capacity for happiness. In this half day course Kadam Paul will explain how to train in moral discipline, a simple ethical way of living that leads to contentment and happiness.
For those who wish, after lunch there will be an opportunity to take lay Pratimoksha Vow – a lifelong vow to abstain from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying and taking intoxicants, including alcohol. Those who wish to receive the Pratimoksha vow must request permission first by emailing: epc@meditatationinwlaes.org

Course consists of guided meditations together with teachings relating to the course title. Suitable for everyone
The principal Teacher at KMC Wales is Kadam Paul Jenkins. A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Kadam Paul has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 30 years. He has practical experience of integrating Modern Buddhism within a busy, professional, family life and is able to share this through the clarity and warmth of his teachings.
