Meditation has many proven benefits for physical and mental health. People in all walks of life are finding that simple meditation techniques can help them to relax, sleep better, be less stressed and more focused in their daily life. The core values of Buddha’s teachings – peace of mind, a positive attitude, kindness, equality, and focused attention – benefit everyone regardless of religious beliefs.
Our Resident Teacher, Kadam Paul, has many years of experience in the education and business sector. Please email Roland at epc@meditationinwales.org to discuss how we can work together.
