SWANSEA WEDNESDAY EVENING CLASS
THE FREEDOM OF NON-ATTACHMENT
January 16th – February 20th
Classes restart 6th March
One of our most common and deeply rooted emotional problem is desirous attachment, which can manifest in many forms such as dependency, addiction, discontent and fear of change. On a day-to-day level attachment keeps us stuck in needy and painful relationships, as well as ensnaring our mind into an endless search for satisfaction where it cannot be found. On a deeper level, attachment keeps us trapped in samsara, the endless cycle of ego and suffering. Non-attachment makes our mind light, spacious and free. Paradoxically, we can truly love others and enjoy life only by developing the inner freedom of non-attachment.
