The Path to Liberation
17th Jan – 16th July
Term breaks (for all classes): 2nd – 6th April; 28th May – 1st June
When we solve one problem, why do others take its place? Why are things never quite right? What is it that keeps us locked into a cycle of suffering? In this series of classes we will explore Buddha’s insights into the nature of suffering, its causes and how we can free ourselves from it – forever.
April 11 What are our real problems?
April 18 What’s wrong with getting angry?
