Meditation and Modern Buddhism

Wednesday Evening Class

Meditation and Modern Buddhism

Meditation is the tool to transform your mind and your life. In these weekly drop-in classes Kadam Paul will share timeless advice from Buddha’s teachings that are easily integrated into busy modern life. Suitable for everyone.

New series of classes staring Tuesday 20th February

Meditations for a Peaceful Life and a Good Heart

The function of meditation is to make our mind peaceful through transforming the way we relate to the world. By learning to do this we discover the fountain of peace and happiness that we have within our heart and can be of more benefit to others.

‘When we see things as they really are, our delusions naturally disappear and virtuous minds naturally manifest. Minds such as love and kindness are an expression of our pure nature.’ ~ Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
