When
Saturday 21st May
10am to 1pm
We are alive so therefore we will die – this is the simplest most obvious truth of our existence. But very few of us have come to terms with this fact, or really understand what our death means. Through Buddha’s illuminating teachings we can understand death and learn to truly relax, so that we can live a peaceful, happy and meaningful life. We will become like the great Buddhist master Geshe Chekawa who said ‘Now, if I die, I have no regrets’.
