MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS

Meditation is a method for cultivating inner peace, and mindfulness enables us to bring this peace with us into our daily lives. In these increasingly busy and stressful times we all need to find a way to make our mind peaceful because genuine and lasting happiness is impossible without inner peace. Through meditation we learn to gradually reduce states of mind that produce stress and unhappiness – such as anxiety, anger, fear, dependency, jealousy, low self-esteem and a sense of meaninglessness – and replace them with open, loving, wise and peaceful states. These classes are suitable for everyone, beginners and more experienced meditators alike.
