– how to make our relationships work
Our close relationships are so important to us and can be a source of great happiness. However difficulties often arise between friends and colleagues, within couples and in our families. Why? Because we fail to understand the difference between love and attachment.
In this course Kadampa Teacher, Sue Jenkins, will share Buddhist teachings that enable us to relate to others in a way that is always harmonious and fulfilling. The course also includes simple and practical meditations to make our relationships really work
