Classes consist of guided meditations together with advice on how to apply Buddhist wisdom to our daily life. Suitable for everyone.
Sue Jenkins has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 40 years. She has a deep appreciation of Buddha’s teachings and shares her practical experience of how putting this advice into practice can transform our busy modern lives.
