Kindness is key to our happiness – Our close relationships are so important to us and can be a source of great happiness. However difficulties often arise between friends and colleagues, within couples and in our families. Why? Because we fail to understand the difference between love and attachment. 

In this course visiting Teacher, Gen Kelsang Leksang, Resident Teacher at KMC Birmingham  will share Buddhist teachings that enable us to relate to others in a way that is always harmonious and fulfilling. The course also includes simple and practical meditations to make our relationships really work.

Course consists of guided meditations together with teachings relating to the course title. Suitable for everyone

Guest Teacher
Gen Kelsang Leksang

Gen Leksang has been studying under the guidance of the meditation master venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for  20 years. She is an experienced teacher and is currently the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Birmingham.

Known for her caring and positive manner, she has the ability to inspire people to improve their own lives by showing how Buddha’s teachings are relevant to the experiences of modern day people.
