Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life, particularly in these unusual times.

In this half-day course experienced Kadam Paul will explain meditation methods and ways of thinking taught by Buddha that help us to let go of our worry and anxiety, and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.

Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.

Ian is a dedicated student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso who has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for a number of years. Ian has a heartfelt understanding of Buddha’s teachings and how these relate to daily modern times and brings this experience to life in his teachings.
