Saturday 19th November
10am to 1pm
Self-critical thoughts and guilty minds often arise because we have unrealistic expectations of ourself which lead to a feeling of failure when we don’t live up to them.
These states of mind never help us to become a better or more confident person; in fact they prevent us from becoming the person we can and want to be.
In this course learn how to develop more realistic expectations based on our true potential, that lead to genuine inner confidence. Suitable for all levels of experience – everyone is welcome.
