These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work or simply our ability to enjoy a fulfilling life. Join us in the fabulous surroundings of Brangwyn Hall for an inspiring evening with internationally renowned meditation teacher Kadam Bridget Heyes.
Kadam Bridget will explain how we can silence our inner critic and free ourselves from negative thoughts and feelings by training in meditation, and she will guide a simple meditation. Everyone is welcome – no previous experience necessary.

Kadam Bridget Heyes is an international meditation teacher known for her compassionate heart, deep understanding of Dharma, and exceptionally clear teachings. As well as being the UK National Spiritual Director she is also the principal teacher at Nagarjuna KMC in Northamptonshire.
The talk will take place at the Brangwyn Hall in the Mayor’s Reception Room. This elegant room forms part of the civic suite used by the Lord Mayor to host dignitaries and is a very appropriate venue for this special talk.
