Join us for this special mini meditation retreat and learn how to recite the mantra of the wisdom Buddha Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka, following the oral instructions given by Gen-la Dekyong, the General Spiritual Director of the NKT, during the recent New Kadampa Tradition Spring Festival.
Through recitation of this mantra we will receive inspiration and positive energy, and increase the potential of our mind to experience the highest spiritual realisations of love, compassion, and wisdom.
