It’s important to flush out the toxins from our body, but it’s even more important to detox our mind. Toxic thought patterns and emotions, like worry, anger, self-hatred and discontent, destroy our inner peace and happiness and produce many unpleasant symptoms such as stress, fatigue, ill health and a feeling of being overwhelmed. Meditation and mindfulness are tried and tested techniques for clearing out all toxic mental patterns and replacing them with deeply peaceful, positive and realistic states of mind. This series of classes are suitable to both beginners and more experienced meditators alike.
