September 4th – October 9th
November 6th – December 11th
In these practical meditation classes we will learn to use the basic tools of meditation and mindfulness to find peace in the midst of a busy world, insight into the workings of our own mind, and a more open-hearted and compassionate approach to life. In Course One – Learning to Meditate, we will learn how to establish a daily meditation practice, solve common daily problems of stress, anger and dependency, and open our heart to others. In Course Two – Going Deeper, we will explore how to go beyond our painful and limited ego identity into the boundless and blissful space of our true nature. While each class is self-contained, for maximum benefit it is advisable to attend the whole course.
