Classes consist of guided meditations together with advice on how to apply Buddhist wisdom to our daily life. Suitable for everyone
Juliet has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for a number of years. She is an experienced teacher with the ability to explain in a clear and practical way how meditation can be integrated into modern daily.

Plas Dolerw is 5 minute walk from Newtown bus station
Parking
There is parking is available at Plas Dolerw. There is also a Local Authority car park in Back Lane, Newtown, adjacent to the Bus Station. Park at the far end of the car park near Radio Hafren and walk across the River Severn by the suspension foot-bridge. The central path leads to Plas Dolerw – a distance of approximately 200 metres. Parking for blue-badge holders is available immediately outside Plas Dolerw
