Buddhist meditation is a scientific method for transforming our mind. At the moment our mind is under the sway of deluded and negative patterns of thought and emotion, causing us endless problems and unhappiness; but through putting into practice the tried and tested methods explained in Buddhism we can gain control of our mind and come to experience a deep and lasting inner peace and joy.
