Meditation and Modern Buddhism
Monday Evening Class
We can spend a lot of time looking after our physical body but often neglect our mental wellbeing. Meditation is the practice that enables us to take care of our mind and look after our own wellbeing. In this series of classes we will learn the building blocks of meditation and how we can develop and sustain a meditation practice. Suitable for everyone whether you are new to meditation or looking to develop your practice.
