Living without worry, stress & anxiety
When times of mental turbulence arise, we need to turn inwards to calm the mind. In these morning sessions, Debs will teach meditation techniques for breaking free from the inner turmoil of worry, anxiety, fear, sadness and stress, drawing upon her own personal experience of practising Modern Buddhism. Most suitable for beginners, but meditators of all levels of experience are welcome.
Debs has been studying Buddhism for over 17 years and is the mother of two young children. This combination of thorough knowledge and down to earth experience give her classes an upbeat authenticity.
