Advice for Life
September 3rd – October 22nd
November 5th – December 10th
In these practical meditation classes we will learn to use the basic tools of meditation and mindfulness to find peace in the midst of a busy world, insight into the workings of our own mind, and a more open-hearted and compassionate approach to life. In Course One – Learning to Meditate, we will learn how to establish a daily meditation practice, bring the resulting peace and clarity into our everyday lives and solve common problems of stress, anger and dependency. In Course Two – Opening, we will learn to open our heart to others and to our own vast potential. In Course Three – Going Deeper, we will explore how to go beyond our painful and limited ego identity into the boundless and blissful space of our true nature. While each class is self-contained, for maximum benefit it is advisable to attend the whole course.
