Open to everyone, this drop-in class includes a relaxing guided meditation, short teaching and inspiring chanted prayers. Discover how we can achieve a peaceful world by establishing peace within our own mind and learning to cherish others. Each session we will cover a small section from the book, Eight Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness, through which we can develop authentic love and compassion that will change our own and others’ lives. This uplifting class is a way to make a positive contribution to our world. Meditation for World Peace is held on Sunday evenings once a month. Please check the online calendar for details.
