Classes consist of a brief introduction followed by a guided relaxation meditation.
Debs is an experienced meditator and has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for many years. As a mother of two, she knows how to apply these teachings to busy family life and is able to show how meditation can help us to deal with modern day challenges.
A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 40 years, Sue has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Her practical and warm-hearted approach to integrating Buddhas’ advice into daily life makes her teachings very accessible.
