‘Letting Go of Self-criticism and Guilt’

Half Day Course

Letting go of Self-criticism and Guilt

Often we can be our own harshest judge. Self-critical thoughts and guilty minds often arise from having very high expectations of ourselves which are almost impossible to reach. When we don’t live up to unrealistic expectations it can result in beating ourselves up.

These states of mind never help us to become a better or more effective person, in fact they prevent us from becoming the person we can and want to become.

On this course we can learn how to develop more realistic expectations of ourselves whilst still trying to improve and fulfil our  potential.
