How to Stop Overthinking

Let’s be clear – thinking is necessary. We all need to think, reflect, understand, make decisions and so on. Sometimes however, our thoughts become circular, negative, stuck or unclear. We may have a tendency to overthink and find it difficult to ‘switch off’- which can be exhausting and unproductive.

Practising Buddha’s timeless instructions on meditation helps us to balance our thoughts and feel calmer in our busy, often over-stimulated lives. Join us to learn methods to gain mental clarity and freedom from overthinking.
