Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. This half day course will present meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that help us let go of our stressed and anxious minds, find peace of mind and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. Everyone is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.

Course consists of guided meditations together with teachings relating to the course title. Suitable for everyone
Paul is an experienced meditator who has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for a number of years. He has a keen understanding of Buddha’s teachings and is able to communicate these ideas in a clear and practical way.
