In this four week introduction we will look at the the essential skills of meditation and see how they help to find a happy life. Suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience of meditation.

Classes consist of guided meditations together with advice on how to apply meditation in our daily life. Suitable for everyone.
Sue is an experienced meditator who has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for a number of years. She has a keen understanding of Buddha’s teachings and is able to relate these ideas in a way that is relevant to our modern lives.
