Learn to Meditate
Get your year off to a great start by learning the foundations for successful meditation practice. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and we will experience true happiness. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. This half-day course is taught by experienced Kadampa teacher Sue Jenkins and is suitable both for beginners and for those who want to refresh their meditation practice.
