Classes consist of guided meditations together with advice how to apply Buddhist wisdom to our daily life. Suitable for everyone.
Do I need to have some previous experience of meditation
No – this course is suitable for those with no previous experience and for those who wish to deepen their experience of meditation
Do I need to be a Buddhist to attend?
Although the meditations and the teachings come from a Buddhist tradition, the classes are open to everyone regardless of beliefs or non-belief.
Do I need to bring anything?
There is no need to bring anything. People generally sit on chairs although at the Centre in Swansea there are also some floor mats available if you prefer to sit cross legged.

A dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 40 years, Sue has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Her practical and warm-hearted approach to integrating Buddhas’ advice into daily life makes her teachings very accessible. Sue teaches the Wednesday evening class in Swansea.
