Sylfaen (CS) yw&#039;r cam nesaf perffaith i&#039;r rhai sydd wedi mwynhau mynychu sesiynau galw heibio myfyrio.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;r Rhaglen Sylfaen yn ffordd brofedig o gael dealltwriaeth ddyfnach o ystyr dysgeidiaeth Bwdha, cynnal ymarfer myfyrdod dyddiol sy&#039;n canolbwyntio ac yn bwerus, a gwneud cynnydd ysbrydol gwirioneddol. Mae&#039;r dosbarthiadau&#039;n systematig ac yn rhyngweithiol a bydd myfyrwyr yn gweld bod eu gwybodaeth a&#039;u doethineb yn tyfu o wythnos i wythnos o ganlyniad.<\/p>\n<p>Mae FP yn rhoi cyfle i gymryd rhan mewn astudiaeth a myfyrdod systematig ar bynciau hanfodol Bwdhaeth Kadampa yn seiliedig ar chwe llyfr gan yr Hybarch Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Y llyfr presennol sy&#039;n cael ei astudio yw <strong>&#039;Llwybr Llawen o Ffortiwn Da&#039;<\/strong>. Mae TTP yn rhoi hyder mawr i ni yn ein hymarfer ein hunain ac yn ein gallu i egluro Kadam Dharma i eraill.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;r rhaglen yn cynnwys dysgeidiaeth, myfyrdodau, dosbarthiadau sgiliau trafod ac addysgu sy&#039;n darparu dull amlochrog o ddatblygu profiad ysbrydol dilys.
